Step 1 - Preparing Camera-Ready Version

The final camera-ready version needs to obey stringent contents and formatting rules:

1. Contents: Please, address all pertinent comments provided by the reviewers which will be checked upon by the technical chairs.
2. Formatting: The easiest is to use the updated templates provided here to produce a version which is compliant with the IEEE
3. Papers should not exceeding 5 double-column pages (overlength pages will be charged for)
4. All accepted NTMS 2008 technical paper presenters must register no later than the 19 of August 2008 at the FULL rate, ie. not at the student rate. In case of multiple accepted papers, one full registration must be attached to each paper. A single exception is when up to two papers are authored by the same single author, in which case one registration covers both papers.

Step 2 - Final submission process (Paper Uploading Procedure for NTMS08 Accepted Papers)

Please read carefully all the instructions given in the IEEE Author Instruction website: http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/index.html

1. Enter the conference id (to the right hand side of the web page): ntms08
2. On the upper left corner, click on: Access/Create IEEE Conf eXpress author account
3. Click on: Create account

   1. Click on: upload new title

4. Follow the online instructions including your EDAS paper number – Must be: 10 digits (for each paper, you MUST enter the EDAS paper number)
5. Follow the instructions to finalize your submission

Step 3 - Copyright Form

For authors with accepted papers, you have to send a signed copyright form no later than the 19 of August 2008. The copyright is available at doc format or pdf format. By clicking on the copyright link in EDAS under your paper, please, submit the electronic copyright form of your paper (only pdf format is accepted).
